- In addition to the Sale Terms and Conditions (“Sales T&Cs”), any purchases made through the ASLSC website (“Site”) are subject to any general legal Terms and Conditions (“General T&Cs”) posted on our site and updated from time to time.
- The ASLSC website will provide you with pricing and availability for products that we sell. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.
- ASLSC reserves the right to limit the quantities which it supplies to you for any product at any time where ASLSC believes your order is being made for commercial resale or, ASLSC does so to increase the availability of products to other purchasers.
- ASLSC may not accept your order if:
- You are under 18 years of age and you are unable to provide us with proof of parental or guardian consent to your purchase;
- Your order is made with false or misleading information or is otherwise fraudulent
- ASLSC believes your order is made for the purposes of commercial resale
- If there is a discrepancy between the items or quantities ordered by you and those stated in the confirmation of the order, you may cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation of Order. You can only make a cancellation within one (1) hour period following your order request, if outside this time, please refer to the Return Policy for how to submit a refund request.
- Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of Title in any product, nothing in the General T&Cs shall have the effect of granting or transferring to, or vesting in, you any intellectual property rights in or to any products.

- ASLSC retains all intellectual property rights in or to any products and nothing int eh Sales T&Cs or the General T&Cs shall have the effect of granting or transferring to you any intellectual property rights in or to any products.
- To the extent of any conflict between the Sales T&Cs and the General T&Cs these Sales T&Cs herein shall prevail.
